Tannerite Public Notice

The select board would like to remind all Bakersfield residents that Tannerite (once mixed) and fireworks, require an explosives license AND a permit from the Bakersfield Fire
Department.
If you plan to use Tannerite or set off fireworks, please be sure you are in compliance with these regulations. As a courtesy, please advise your neighbors of planned explosions.
Violators of these regulations should be reported to the Vermont State Police.
