Calling one and all....the online Reappraisal Inspection Scheduler is now live and accessible on the Home page on the town website! Just click the button and schedule the time for your own Reappraisal Inspection! Easy Peasy :)

If you would rather call the town office and have a lister schedule for you, we would be pleased to do that for you.

A reminder....none of the new values will go into effect until April 1st, 2026...and we all will receive our value changes on the same day, at the same time. This inspection is just to collect updated data so all values will be as accurate as possible and you will all get to see these new values and ask questions, contest, etc, before the Grand List goes live in the summer of 2026! Any corrections to our data are welcome and needed.
