Just to clarify for those of you who have questions as to when the new Reappraisal valuations will go into effect. The new Reappraisal values will not go into effect until the Final Grand List is lodged in 2026. So this year, 2025, unless you have built a house, added something to it, bought or sold land or added an outbuilding, your assessment should stay the same! If you have done any of those things or your assessment value has changed in any way, you should receive a letter from us to that effect so that you will know. Also, the calendar for online scheduling for Appraisal Inspections has not been set up yet, but as soon as it is, we will let you know, and you will be able to schedule for yourself or call us and we can schedule for you. As always, call us with any questions or concerns.... We will keep you posted all the way through! :)
